Clean eaters..Please help...I need some suggestions?!
Also I haven't tried any of the wheat wraps yet. I look at the ingredients and cringe. Any suggestions? I eat Ezekiel brands breads.
One more...I haven't been eating cheeses or yogurts. Is there and suggestions for those items as well. When I think cheese I think processed food or fatty food.
Any websites you use and can provide would be helpful.

You don't need cheeses or dairy to stay healthy, so don't worry about it if you don't wish to eat them. Just make sure you get your calcium from dark leafy greens like Spinach, Kale, and Collard greens.
I'm not sure how "clean eating" translates to gum, but I do know that in veggie-friendly stores like Whole Foods there is usually a whole display of "natural" gums. I don't chew gum, but I'm sure you can get some info from store clerks and ingredients lists.

Yogurt isn't processed so long as it's only milk and yogurt cultures (so no gelatin, pectin, corn starch).
Chesses: go with fresh cheeses, and read the ingredient labels. Usually it's just milk, salt, and rennet. You can usually tell based on the ingredient list how processed it is.
As for gum, yea, check out whole foods. But honestly, it's such a tiny amount (5 calories, and you throw it out), it's probably doing more harm to obsess over it (cortisol) than to just chew it and not worry about it.
Chew 5 Gum.
