How to be a healthy vegan? pls help.?!

Question: How to be a healthy vegan? pls help.?
So i've decided today to go vegan. I've been a vegetarian since new yrs. but i like the idea of a vegan diet more. I am still going to eat honey though, because that is just my choice, honey is like throw up from a bee, & i will get it from local honey farmers, just btw. lol! but i know my family is going to be very upset at me because i'm only 16. So i'm wondering how can i be a healthy vegan. Like what foods can i eat? and is it a healthy choice? etc. I did some research but i just want more feedback. thanks :)

Eat tons if nuts and seeds (almonds, walnuts, flax seed) and drink soy/almond/coconut milk. I love almond milk! I did tons of research about the nasty stuff in cows milk today and I switched to drinking only almond/coconut/soy milk. I would look at taking an omega-3 vegetarian vitamin with DHA abd EPA (opti3 is what I take)! You can buy vegan cheese which is delicious. I eat lots of veggies and fruits and whole grain/wheat.

Good luck!

Agave nectar is actually better than honey. The thought of what honey is actually grosses me out now.

Being as you are probably not buying most of the groceries, my advice is to take on that chore and do most of the grocery shopping. Because your parents shopping habits probably are not condusive to a vegan diet. Be sure you are eating all kinds of veggies, even the ones you don't really like, as they'll have nutrients that one would normally get eating animals. Eat all kinds of nuts, and your best beverage is water, but you can use soy milk or another type of non dairy milk from time to time. Be sure you eat a lot of different types of beans, black beans, kidney beans, green beans, etc.

Thats really cool, i wouldn't be able to handle no meat! but its defenatly good have u ever seen a fat vegan? nope but for healthy food go to fresh and easy for the best organics. and i don't have any tips other than just because it has mushrooms on pizza doesn't mean it not real peperoni good luck

yeah, well i guess the same goes for a vegetarian, but you have to be careful not to rely too much on soy meats. Make sure you are getting protein from nuts seeds and beans too. I only eat soy meat about twice a week.

If you wanna be healthy you have to take a whole bunch of weird pills 'n stuff.
