Humans do best on a diet filled with a variety of fruit, veggies, nuts, and grains so it is probably okay to have your quinoa and wheat bread everyday but only if you eat different things with it each day.
Bananas, it depends on how your body responds to them. I'd say probably not unless you in particularly need a lot of potassium.
Potatoes are okay once every other day or even less than that. They are a simple carb/starch.
There's no typical vegan day for me because I eat a lot of strange things. Today (to give you an idea) I had elbow macaroni, tomato sauce, black eyed peas, and green olives topped with French fried onions. For a snack I had some "mayonnaise" cookies (i made these) and for Dinner I had vegetable protein over butter lettuce in mandarin sauce. Chocolate rice milk to drink.
Edit: If you want clear skin, you might try drinking more water, at least the 8 glasses daily.
Vegan with clear skin who loves water
For breakfast I like to have any kind of vegan cereal with rice milk. Or whole wheat/grain vegan english muffin with tofutti cream cheese and tea. Then I'll snack on some fruits or vegetables with hummus. For lunch, it depends where I am, but I always make sure that my lunch includes complex carbohydrates (anything made out of brown rice or whole wheat) and protein. Then I'll snack later with a cup or two of chocolate soy milk with mixed nuts and seeds. Some days I have vegan snacks (vegan cookies, brownies, candy, ice cream, pudding, yogurt, et cetera). Dinner depends on whether I'm home or I go out to eat. Usually after dinner I'll have another cup of chocolate soy milk and a cup or two of tea later. I also drink a lot of water during the day.
Quinoa and whole wheat bread are good sources of protein, fiber, and complex carbohydrates. You might get tired of eating them everyday though. Some people say you shouldn't eat fruit everyday. A banana or two 3 days a week or so is not bad at all. Potatoes are great, but not everyday. You'll get bored of the same thing all the time.

All the foods you listed are all right to have every day as long as the rest of your diet varies--If all you're eating are potatoes, quinoa, wheat bread and bananas, you're missing out on a lot of good tasting food.
My typical diet is oatmeal for breakfast, typically with fruit and a nut butter if not cooked in hemp milk. Lunch varies and could be the same as dinner. Dinner is typically a stirfry of sorts with tons of vegetables over barley or rice (brown Basmati typically).
Wake up, make a big bowl of frozen fruits, either put into the blender or just eaten plain.
Lunch can be a salad with a mango and banana, or if I was too lazy to pack maybe a while bag of grapes.
Dinner is usually raw beans (dried, steamed at 114 degrees) with a banana again, maybe an apple.
I eat SO MANY bananas and fruits all week everyday... I can't imagine a banana being bad. I eat them too often, and have optimal health.
Potatos... Well, they're not the healthiest thing, but they can't hurt you any more than processed foods like Oreos.
Raw vegan
I eat homemade oatmeal with frozen strawberries, raw sugar a soy milk for breakfast.
For lunch I have a PB sandwich on whole wheat with a fruit and soy milk protein shake.
For dinner I like to have something made with TVP, tofu or mushrooms. Sometimes I make smart dogs.
Snacks are usually power bars, fruit, nuts...
A Typical Day for me would be...
Breakfast - coffee, Fakin bacon, tofu scrambles and wheat toast or just oatmeal with almond milk
Snack - fruit - water - cranberry juice or green tea
Lunch- Mock Chicken Salad Sandwich ( made with TVP ) or salad with dried cranberries & nuts
Dinner - Veggie Tacos, Brown rice & Beans or Vegan Mac & Cheese
some of my favorite vegan meals
This is what I had today:
Breakfast: Cheerios and almond milk
Lunch: Snacked on 2 oranges throughout the school day
Dinner 1: Bagel with peanut butter
Dinner 2: Sandwich; pickles, lettuce, tomato, onion, italian dressing
Snack: An orange
I have two mini dinners since I don't eat lunch at school :)
Today I had a salad, rice, tomatoes, chickpeas and a banana with peanut butter and a smoothie.
You can have a banana everyday, if you want.
usually oatmeal made with water and sweetened with agave nectar. Or last nights leftovers if I don't have time to make breakfast in the mornings. Lunch is usually nuts, and supper is whatever we decide to cook.
I have porridge with soy milk or berries topped with Alpro yoghurt for breakfast. Lunch is soup with crusty bread or jacket potato with salad. In the evening i would have a mushroom curry or stir fry with rice or noodles.
