What do you personally like to make with tofu?!

Question: What do you personally like to make with tofu?
Or how do you like to eat it? And what sides do you have with it

Answers:

I love to pan fry my tofu after squeezing the excess water out of it and dusting it with some cornstarch and nutritional yeast. Crunchy and yummy!

My favorite meal is this tofu with sauteed kale, served over steamed jasmine rice and topped with my homemade spicy peanut sauce and some toasted seasame seeds. Tofu gets a bad rap from a lot of people, but I could seriously live on the stuff.

Pudding--blend with melted chocolate and a banana.

Grilled--marinated (last time in plum vinegar and soy sauce), then brushed with oil so it doesn't stick.

I use it in place of meat in stir fry, too. Sides are typically some sort of steamed or roasted vegetable and salad.

I like to have it with chilli - the type you use for chilli con carne - put in some red and green peppers and a little side of rice.

You can do so much with tofu. I like it in different kinds of soups, stir-fries, sauteed golden brown and put in salad wraps or just a salad.

I'm not a fan of tofu. However, I know a few people who really enjoy a meatloaf that uses tofu as a substitution for the beef.

I love it in burritos. Also I love Tofu Scrambles for breakfast I even got my kids eating them instead of eggs. It's really good in stir fry and in veggie lasgnana.

I make tofu with udon noodles, teriyaki sauce, and several vegetables.

I like it coated with shake and bake and fried or baked in some type of sauce. Steamed veggies or fresh fruit is a nice side.

I like it with loMain a Chinese noodle dish or in a stirfry with broccoli, onions, peppers and baby corn.

Vegetarian

i like tofu in my sandwiches
the sandwich tastes as though it was real meat instead of tofu

with a big juicy steak

I don't. You really don't digest tofu, and it's processed and chemically treated.
