No.
[vej-i-tair-ee-uhn]
–noun
1.
a person who does not eat meat, fish, fowl, or, in some cases, any food derived from animals, as eggs or cheese, but subsists on vegetables, fruits, nuts, grain, etc.
Vegetarians don't eat anything that has a face or once had one. Fish and seafood are sentient beings who suffer when they die. THEREFORE, you cannot call yourself a vegetarian if you eat seafood.
People who limit their meat to just seafood are called pescatarians. Pescatarianism is a meat limiting diet, not to be confused with ANY kind of vegetarianism.
Vegetarians don't eat fish.

If you call yourself a vegetarian while continuing to eat meat, you'll be seen as ignorant and possibly laughed at by actual vegetarians. And you could also create problems for real vegetarians when they get offered fish, because of people who call themselves vegetarians but continue to eat fish.
yes, vegetarian means no meat of any kind
but think about it:
whats the difference between a cow and a crab? a lot
whats the similarities? they are both living and have nerve endings
you can call yourself vegetarian, but you would be considered specifically a pescetarian
im vegetarian
You can call yourself a vegetarian, but you are actually a pescatarian but I get it when you have to say you are vegetarian to other people. If you tell people you are a pescatarian they are going to be clueless at best.
you can say whatever you want, doesn't mean you're telling the truth. what you're describing is called a pescetarian. i don't think anyone needs call their diet anything, just eat what you want.
You are a pescetarian. You eat no other meat besides fish. A vegetarian eats no meat from any animal, but can eat eggs and/or dairy. A vegan eats no animal products at all.
Vegetarian for 12 years
You can say whatever you want, but that doesn't necessarily make it true.
"True" vegetarians don't eat fish, and many get mad at pescetarians who call themselves vegetarians.
You can say anything you want, but vegetarians do not eat animals, and fish are animals. Saying something doesn't make it true.
Vegetarians don't eat anything that can **** .
You are a fishetarian
no. vegetarians do not eat any meat.
Call it what you want to... Do you feel like a vegetarian while eating fish?
What's the concern with having a label?
Yes but you would be lying. Fish is meat
no
i dont think so because that is not truely vegitairian
Most people respond to this type of question with a 2-year-old logic. No, because a vegetarian only eats vegetables. In fact, plenty of people who eat a vegetarian diet and belong to a vegetarian culture do sometimes eat fish.
Of course the big problem is your wish to tell others what you are.
Your actulley a pescitarian but to make it more convinent for people who probably don't know what that is you can call your self a vegetarian.
Vegetarian. My sister and uncle are pescitarians but call them selves vegetarians
fish is not considered meat.
us christians eat fish on days that we are prohibited to eat meat within our religious calendar.
so you can call yourself a vegeterian.
YES! haha Yes you can! A vegetarian that eats fish is known as a pescivegetarian, so you still qualify as a vegetarian!
I am the same thing! Its callled a " vegisearian" pronounced " vegisarian" I means you eat seafood and no meat!
I dont know anyone else like this! Hope it helps!
Me and my Dr.
You could say that, but it would be technically incorrect.
The real question is, why would you want people to think you're a vegetarian?
You sure can! I am also a vegetarian that eats fish!
your sort of a vegetarian, just not 100%
yes, vegetarians are people that doesn't eat red meat
