Good vegetarian recipes?!

Question: Good vegetarian recipes?
Im 15 and I want to go vegetarian but I'm worried about not getting enough iron and protien and stuff. So basically if you could leave some links to good recipes that would be great. And I can be a bit of a picky eater so yeah i dunno. But I LOVE mushrooms so if that helps then.. Good :P

and don't worry about iron and protein. Those are all myths. I donated blood last year, and they measured my iron and said....wow you have better iron content than most people...and I have been a life long vegetarian. There is lots of iron in veggies. And if you are a fully grown adult, you don't need more than 20-30 grams of protein per day (thats the standard in most countries unlike America). So don't worry. Good luck!

There's lots of variety when it comes to vegetarian food.. Especially in Indian & Italian cuisine.
You can have burgers with potato patty, pasta, noodles, vegetable rice, soya granules made in an onion tomato gravy(rich in protien), green leafy vegetables(iron and minerals), pulses, pizza with veg toppings(with lots of mushroom of course).

I'd suggest that you make a basic gravy of onion and tomatoes ( 2:1 proportion )
Saute the chopped onions till nice and brown, add ginger garlic paste, then add tomato puree or chopped tomatoes and cook well. Add herbs and whichever vegetable you like. I'm sure it will turn out well.
You can have this gravy with rice, breads etc.
Hope it helps.. :)
