Okay i'm a Christian and a vegetarian for health and because animals today get treated badly.?!
Answers:
1 Accept the one whose faith is weak, without quarreling over disputable matters. 2 One person’s faith allows them to eat anything, but another, whose faith is weak, eats only vegetables. 3 The one who eats everything must not treat with contempt the one who does not, and the one who does not eat everything must not judge the one who does, for God has accepted them. 4 Who are you to judge someone else’s servant? To their own master, servants stand or fall. And they will stand, for the Lord is able to make them stand.
this is verse 1-4 of romans. to me, it basically says those who only eat vegetable have a weaker faith than those who partake of everything (including animals),but that neither should judge the other because both will stand before God.It is not for us to judge how they serve their chosen master.
He ate only vegetables because during the fast because animals have souls. It wasn't implying that vegetarianism is right, it was implying that the act of eating is inherently taking god's gift to man and using it. By only eating vegetables, he was still technically using god's gift to man (everything is made by god), but not to the same except that eating something with a soul would.
Fact: I found recently that Jewish Kosher meat animals are treated 10 times better than regular ones, but it's pricey. and no bacon :(.
Science is the answer, not a 2000 year old book written by men. They thought the Earth was flat, I wouldn't trust them.
