Some healthy on the go ideas?!


Question: Some healthy on the go ideas?
Hi Everyone! I work out of town M-F and I try not to go out to eat all the time. When I am out of town I stay in a hotel and usually only have a fridge. Does anyone have any healthy DINNER/SNACK ideas that I could grocery shop for other then sandwich meat?
Please keep in mind:
I am allergic to fruit
and something that is edible cold

Hoping to hear some good suggestions! Thanks in advance :)

Cheese and crackers, cottage cheese with pineapple. Buy a good can opener and go through the market and check . what you like to eat. The Deli section of the market might have a salad that interests you.

Whole wheat bread, pre-chopped veggies, hummus, pretzels, milk (non-dairy if you're vegan), nuts, nut butter, bean spread (good for sandwiches), whole wheat pasta salad with veggies, edamame, protein bars.



you could try an ensure milk, it works for me when i'm in a hurry in the morning
