Why not go with cereal? Quick and easy, readily available in any household.

Goodness, that does sound boring!
First off- learning to cook probably isn't as scary as it seems... start with some simple recipes and ask someone to help you with them.
But for now:
for breakfast: you could try oatmeal or another filling cereal with milk and nuts for protein and maybe some fruit like banana, canned peaches or pears, or berries. (oatmeal is easy to make on the stove but they also sell instant packages where you just pour hot water over it).
You could make yogurt parfait (throw some yogurt in a bowl with whatever toppings you like: granola, berries, raisins, almonds, jam). Or you could make a smoothie with yogurt and frozen fruit in the blender.
Lunch or dinner: you could have a cheese or hummus sandwich with your favourite veggies. Or veggies like carrots, cucumber, or celery dipped in hummus.
You can open up a can of mixed beans and put it on your favourite type of salad with a oil vinaigrette. There are many veggie-friendly canned soups or chillies if you us a microwave... be careful about your sodium intake though, canned soup has a lot of salt!
Hope you find at least one idea in there! Best of luck!

cesar salad, mac & cheese, pasta. I'm not a vegetarian but we usually don't have meat in the house because my family doesn't feel like they have a responsibility to feed me anymore I guess. I'm 18 aand I can cook and what not but theres never anything to cook. So I usually eat noodles/mac & cheese. You could eat little things throughout the day, apples, almonds, yogurt, string cheese, gronola bars..

One option is going to peta and they have tons of veg recipees, also at the grocery store they should have Yves brand fake meat, the fake ground beef is good and the have tons of stuff, but serioujsly go to peta.com or peta2.com and they will have a lot to offer you, i switched to being a vegitarian and i was def healthier for it

If you feel like you want to learn to cook for yourself here are some easy things to try!

Set yourself up with some puréed veggies, if you’re in a hurry this will make it easier for you. Steam Cauliflower and throw it in a blender or food processor until smooth, you can add a little water to make it smooth (1or 2 tablespoons). Measure ? cup servings and put them into Ziploc bags and put in the freezer until you need them. Do the same for butternut squash, spinach and what other veggies you like. You can throw the veggies into a lot of different things that your family also might be having.

Scrambled eggs:
Mix one ? baggie of cauliflower with the beaten egg mixture and cook.

Macaroni and Cheese:
Make your normal Macaroni & Cheese minus 1/8 cup of milk and add one ? cup baggie of butternut squash to it.

Mashed Potatoes:
Add one baggie of cauliflower

Brownies:
Use a box brownie mix minus the water and add one baggie of spinach and one baggie of carrots to it and bake.

Hamburgers, Meatballs and Meatloaf:
Use “Gimme Lean” it’s in the produce area of your grocery store. It looks grown beef and you can use it the same way.

Hamburgers:
Mix some chopped onions and chopped garlic into it and shape into burgers. Fry on the stove or put in microwave to heat.

Meatballs:
Mix chopped onions, chopped garlic, 1teaspoon Italian seasoning, an egg and enough breadcrumbs to shape into meatballs. Cook in microwave or bake in the oven until warm. These are also good if you put cheese in them.

Meatloaf:
Mix 1 small chopped onions, 1 chopped garlic, 1 small chopped green pepper, ? cup of ketchup, egg and enough breadcrumbs for it to hold together. Put into a loaf pan and bake at 350 for about 20-30 min.

My youngest sister is a vegetarian and I have fun finding new things to make her! I didn’t want her to feel left out when I made dinner for everyone else! :-D
