Sounds healthy enough... may want to mix it up a bit from day-to-day. Switch up a choice of fruit or veggie just to make sure you're getting all the vitamins and minerals you need.

I think it's ok, but not great. I think maybe you should add a light meal between string cheese and the cereal. like a supper or something. I don't think there is enough iron in that diet, much less other nutrients.

hopefully you are switching things up every now and then. Maybe have a boneless skinless chicken breast (a serving size is only 4oz) with some dark greens like broccoli, spinach, or asparagus, a second veggie, and if you feel like a dinner roll or something (starch not necessary obviously, but you are eating pretty healthy so it wouldn't hurt you much)

That's a great meal! I'm sure a lot of people wish they could eat that and enjoy it. Honestly, if you are full, then yeah, that's enough. but if you find yourself hungry at the end of the day, then throw in some other things. To me, that's a great way to eat, so it wouldn't do to much to your body weight.

You have zero veggies. Absolutely zero. So I'd add that in, and make the string cheese lowfat.

We don't know if it was enough food- do you exercise? If so, what kind? What's your bodyweight? Gender? % BF? Etc.

Half a banana...hmmm...If you can't even eat a whole banana I would say you probably have an eating disorder. You probably do.

What does your body tell you after you've eaten? It knows if you've had enough better than we do.

Sounds healthy to me. I eat about as much as that but your meal plan sounds much healthier haha

Depends on your bodyweight. Seems like an okay diet to me.

you'd probably survive for years on that, but you'd be super thin.
