The same amount as anyone.

You should aim for 5 - 7 teaspoons. (Roughly 16 - 24 grams) according to the new Dietary Guidelines for Americans 2010 (Appendix 9 - "Vegan Adaptations for USDA Food Patterns")

I strongly recommend checking out the MyPyramid webpage to see what constitutes as a teaspoon of healthy fat foods. Here at http://www.mypyramid.gov/pyramid/oils_count.html

For a more precise determination (based on age, sex, activity level) I would recommend exploring the MyPyramid website for a more precise recommendation.
