Honestly, I can't believe there's any bleach testing to be done anymore. The stuff's been around forever. Everybody knows what it does, how it behaves, reacts, etc. Even the "colorfast" bleaches, etc., are old stuff. Maybe that's why you're not finding anything. Maybe all bleach is animal cruelty free.

I personally use the bland Biokleen... not just for the for that reason but also because I have very sensitive skin and there product doesnt break me out. But i pretty much use that for everything now that I have kids because it contain less harmful chemicals than the major brands... But Good Luck

You can check out these 2 brands , i'm not sure if they are available in US but you can search around the web or stores to see if they carry these products.

Sodasan ( A vegan household products brand from Germany )

Seventh Generation ( also a household products brand from Australia )
They sell cruelty-free bleach , i have it at home.
Drugstore.com sells that product brand online.

Hope that helps!

Seventh Generation, which is what I use, makes cruelty-free all purpose cleaners and bleaches. I also like this brand: http://www.shaklee.net/maumann/getclean/…

PETA has been the target of criticism by other animal rights advocates, some of whom believe the group is too soft on the issue of animal rights.

Bleach is no longer tested on animals. They already know the affects of bleach, it has been around forever.

No, use hydrogen peroxide.
