Tofu Mayo
1 pack mori nu tofu firm or silken
1 tab lemon juice
1 tsp salt
1 tab water
blend till smooth.


Tofu Cottage Cheese
2 lb water packed tofu crumbled
1 1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 !/2 cups tofu mayo
stir and chill
can be used in lazagina instead of regular cottage cheese.



Fried Tofu
1 pack of water packed firm tofu sliced 1/2 inch thick
2 tab salt and 3 cups water
cover the tofu and boil for 20 minutes all to cool in salt
remove and use your favorite breading meal and drain the tofu dip in soy sauce and into your favorite breading meal fry on both sides and eat! or put a gravy on top.
