Both are really good blogs with great vegan recipes. The only thing I would advise, is watching your soy intake because soy has estrogen (which can be bad for males, too much of it) and most soy products are genetically modified. Also, when I was a vegetarian, I ate a lot of soy (fake meat products, fake cheese, etc.) and quickly became intolerant.

Almond milk is so good, and it is really easy to make your own! Also, cashew cheese is really popular and not bad at all.
There are so many good 'raw' food cakes and cookies that aren't only healthy for you but delicious as well. CCK (chocolate covered katie) has a lot of great raw dessert recipes.

Good luck.

Yes.

Perhaps you can add nuts and avocados to your diet to get some nice healthy plant based fat that will pack plenty of calories to keep your weight up. Despite what people might think, fat is necessary in our diets for cell growth. Also, learn to love all kinds of beans. If you fear gas from beans, just soak them for 12 hours in water to breakdown the gas causing enzymes. Also throw in plenty of grains. You can do this without buying all the imitation vegan food. Stick to God made food, and learn how to prepare it in a tasty way.

Good luck!

Google, Common Sense, Books, Basic knowledge that healthy plant based fat is great for the body and has plenty of calories.
