What foods contain gelatin?!

Question: What foods contain gelatin?
I am a vegetarian and I just found out some of the foods that I eat contain gelatin. Can you name some yogurt brands, gums, candies, etc. that do not contain gelatin?

Answers:

I know that La Yogurt doesn't have gelatin in the normal ones in the pink containers, but the other ones that are like ''probiotic'' or ''rich and creamy'' do have gelatin. Neither do Stonyfields, and they're organic. I know that Orbit doesn't use gelatin. And pretty much all candies that aren't gummy won't have gelatin in them. I hope I helped :DD I know how annoying it is to check the ingredients on everything!

...if you take vitamins or encapsulated medicines you should be aware that many of these items contain gelatin. Most capsules used in pharmaceuticals are gelatin, and many vitamin tablets and "gummies" use gelatin as well. You can find non-gelatin versions if you look around. Many Kosher (Jewish) and Halal (Muslim) retail shops sell muli-vites without gelatin. They also sell items like non-gelatin based marshmallow and jello mixes

Well the usual marshmallows contain gelatin. One alternative is the vegan marshmallows, the brand is called Dandies. They are so delicious

Vegan

You asked two mutually exclusive questions. Jello contains gelatin, rock candy does not.

Just read the labels at the store before you buy. Brands can change their ingredients so it's best to check each time.

it seems you already know about the gummy candy and jelly so just check the individual product ingredients
