Question: Which one is healthier frosted shredded wheat with a banana or raisin bran with a banana? Why?
And what if sometimes I have grapes instead of a banana?

If you're looking for something vegetarian I would stick with the raisin bran. Frosted shredded wheat contains gelatin.



Raison Bran with a banana because frosted anything is basically degrading the point of it being healthy because frosting is nothing but solidified pure grain sugar...and if you replace the banana with grapes it would make much of a difference but you would just lack a small amount of potassium in your body, thats all :)

Non -frosted shredded wheat has neither salt nor sugar . Bran without dried fruit (raisins. You can
bet they don't want you putting your own fruit in there, like fresh dates or plums or pineapple. Is it more fiber you need with these two cereals? Try pear slices. They're the most fibrous fruit around.



If you are talking breakfast, than use the Raisin Bran with banana. This would be more protein, and therefor would help jump-start you brain and body in the morning.



The bran keeps you regular especially when eating a banana.



actually raisin bran has A LOT of sugar in it..... so they are about the same :)
