How can I make soy meat not chewy?!
Hi we are trying to eat more soy meat or as they call it Textured soy protein, however most of the time it's kinda though and chewy , any idea how can I make it softer it is somewhat like chewing leather :D thanx

You could fry it with olive oil in a wok. It goes crispy on the outside and a bit meat-like in the inside.
add a little bacon grease to it
