GM foods are definitely bad for the environment, and there is some evidence that they are bad for the animals they have been tested on; but there isn't much to say that they are bad for humans. An allergic reaction is an over zealous response by the immune system to something which isn't actually harmful. If you have had an allergic reaction to the transgene, you could be the first case in the world. But that still doesn't mean they are bad for us, they are just bad for you who has suffered an extremely rare reaction. And not only that, the blueberries will have to have the same allergen as the strawberries, meaning they must have had the same transgene.
Considering these points, I think it is possible you have experienced a kind of placebo effect. This is quite normal, when I was studying chemistry every time we worked with a harmful substance I began to get itchy and uncomfortable, sometimes feeling nauseous; which was not caused by the substances but were psychological processes.
The only way to know for sure if you are reacting to a transgene is to do a double blind test. You can do this if you had a rapid response, if it was say less than five minutes. Get one friend to buy some GM and non-GM strawberries, select a few from each that look the most alike, then put each on a separate plate or on paper which is identified by an individual number. Then you get a second friend who doesn't know which ones are GM and which aren't to sit with you and record your responses as you eat them. Wait about ten minutes between each one (provided the reactions took significantly less than 10 minutes to initiate... if they took longer wait longer) and if you have a reaction the friend writes down the number. The reason they need to not know which ones are GM and non-GM is because they can give it away through body language, so you then get the first friend to look at the results and see if your response was from a GM or non-GM fruit.
Or you could just stop eating GM fruits. But it would be unfortunate to have such an opportunity go to waste... imagine if you were the first person in the world who could prove they had an adverse reaction to a GM fruit! That would be powerful evidence...

No genetically modified food is the best type of food, and ALL food should be modified.
Genetic modifications specifically are stuff like "this virus can't invade this lettuce", "this bug won't want to eat X" and "this radish will split to make more radishes as it grows".
Genetic modifications have NOTHING to do with making food "bad".
YOU are just unlucky enough that certain pesticides and protiens in the fruit that you eat are specific allergens for you.
YOUR body is rejecting proteins it genetically can't handle. That has nothing to do with the fact that the food was modified -- you would be allergic to it regardless.
Microbiology, Health Care
No one really knows what the long term effects of GM foods are.Given the history of the food industry and its government overseers,It could cause cancer, heart attacks, sterility, or any other health problems and they would keep selling them and telling you it's good for you.
I personally will stay as far away from them as possible.
As for your allergic reaction, I doubt it was because of GM foods.
I saw a documentary on this.... and frankly genetically modified food is scarry. I mean, messing with the DNA of plants can have unknown consequences... or at least consequences we won't know until we've been eating them for 20 years or so, and it's too late. I prefer not to be a guinea pig... so I also eat organic.
No one knows the long term effects of GM foods. For the short-term, the foods are FDA approved and they found that there's no adverse effects on humans in general. GM foods use less pesticides than non GM, non organic food, but they still use more than organic foods, so it may have been that you were allergic to.
GMOs are AWFUL. Watch this "entertaining" video by Mike Adams @NaturalNews that exposes what GMOs are all about:

well did you rinse the non organic berries before eating? maybe they had a pesticide your stomach is not accustomed to.
it could also all be in your head..... that's my guess
not really, even the vegetables are genetically modified, but we can't know for sure
