Because I do all the shopping (and paying) in my house for food, I don't buy anything that will wreck my healthful diet (dietary vegan, concentrated on organic) even vegan cookies, etc. because I know I will eat them. I don't eat out usually, but if I am at a party or asked to join a group at a restaurant, I order a large salad and ignore the food anyone else has ordered. I feel so well w. my way of eating, I tell myself junk just isn't worth having.

Hey, I'm a vegan, and I think the only possible way to stick with it is to find loads of vegan foods which you genuinely LOVE. If you have all these lovely foods you're allowed to eat then you won't find yourself being tempted to have something else. If you like sweets, what about swapping it for dried fruit? It's equally sweet and tasty but also loaded with fibre and vitamins.
Experiment with new meals and snacks, and you'll soon discover tonnes of delicious new foods. Once you've built up a repertoire of foods you'll find it so easy to stick with your goal.

Be careful what you are eating. Maybe the foods you are eating are not so healthy after all. Actually, I used this site called www.eatinghealthyplan.net which shows all the multiple side effects of bad foods that you thought were good. In fact, I learn a thing or two on here. My blood is surprisingly high and I really didn't know any healthy foods I could eat. When I went to this site I found so many article that help explain high fructose syrup foods, Vegetable that I never knew could cure certain illnesses, Herbal medicine, workout planes, and even finding out the weight loss scams that most companies use. So I am more than positive you will find what you are looking for on this site. Plus you can search for specific articles that tend to your needs.
