Question: Veggies, how did i do nutrient wise today? too much?
B: organic unsweetened soymilk, organic blueberry jelly, organic peanut butter, 2 slices organic 12-grain bread
S: almonds, blueberries, carrot, apple
L: corn tortilla, black beens, guacamole, spinach, corn, a spoonfulish amount of chocolate peanut butter
S: tamari rice cake cracker thing with hummus, tortilla chips, an orange a bit of beans and guac left over from lunch
D: (probably) casserole made with spiced lentils, sweet potatoes, and polenta

They are all good. You did very well.



I don't know what your calorie goal is, nor do you specify amounts an most of this (except for "spoonfulish"? A tsp, a Tbsp, a serving spoon?) A cup of soymilk or a quart? A handful of almonds or a bag full?
You can look the nutrition info for each of these items up yourself and calculate according to how much of each you ate. Alot of the info was probably right on the food packages as well. Or just use the energy to get in a good workout and stop worrying about what you eat.



It's kind of annoying how you keep writing "organic". That doesn't matter. You didn't include the serving sizes, but if you ate decent amounts you did alright.



You did great. The only thing I would recommend is to try to eat some dark leafy greens everyday, like spinach, kale or romaine lettuce. But even without them, you're doing better than most.
