Vegans and Vegetarians what is your favorite type of food?!

Question: Vegans and Vegetarians what is your favorite type of food?
American/Indian/Chinese/Korean/Caribbean…

Mine is Indian, second would be Italian

Answers:

Italian

I love Greek food more than any other kind (I'm Greek) but my family makes a lot of Greek fish recipes and because I'm a vegan, I don't eat them, nor do I eat the cheeses or yogurt that is used in many Greek recipes. I've learned to adapt and change things around in the recipes to make them work for my vegan lifestyle.

I love a variety of Asian foods (Chinese, Japanese, Thai), and many recipes are extremely easy to swap a few things around to make them vegan. The vegetables and the delicious, flavorful sauces keep my meals from being really boring.

Japanese Food. It is one of the healthiest diets in the world and includes a lot of Super Food such as nori (seaweed), tofu, miso and natto (fermented soy beans).

Indian food is pretty tasty as well.

I think my number one is Chinese, though. It's like my guilty pleasure. I only eat it occasionally because I know I'll overeat :)
