Question: Vegan restaurants in salt lake area?
So I have a vegan girlfriend and I want to take her to a nice vegan restaurant for valentines day. Any suggestions?

I'm not aware of any strictly vegan restaurants, but there is a vegetarian restaurant in SLC called Sage's. Never been there personally, but I have heard that their food is great.

You probably need to go either early or late though, since they don't take reservations.

The other vegan place in town, The Vertical Diner, is more casual than Sage's.
