Why do vegans like to malnourish themseleves?!

Question: Why do vegans like to malnourish themseleves?
They deny the fact that they are omnivores by depriving themselves of essential proteins and ammino acids.

Answers:

They don't malnourish themselves. They are against eating animals and animal products. Most vegans probably plan and make sure they eat enough proteins and nutrients and things like that.

I'm not vegan because I enjoy tasty things, but you still can get all the necessary nutrients you need and all the protein your body requires on a vegan diet. Actually, it is extremely healthy because the foods you can eat are typically very healthy and high in nutrients, and are minimally processed. Nuts, beans, whole grains, lentils, etc have a lot of protein and if eaten in the right combinations are complete proteins.

I accept the fact that I am a frugivore by indulging my natural sweet tooth with wet, delectable fruit (the highest vitamin food group) and leafy greens (the highest mineral food group). There's more protein in my diet as a grown adult than there was in my momma's milk, and it's much better quality than the denatured protein found in cooked meat. I like to nourish myself with the light of compassion by not sponsoring the abuse of my fellow creatures. Oh, yes, being vegan is fun and being LFRV is just fruity. :P

Thanks for being so concern about us. But we got this. Most of us have done our research. Everything we need, we can get from plant sources. The only thing we must be careful to watch out for is B12 which is a bacteria constantly being produced in the environment.

There are many reasons to go vegan. I personally am vegan because I don't agree with exploiting animals when we don't need to. There are other alternatives. Vegan food is also very delicious. I love cooking now. Maybe you can't imagine life without meat and dairy b/c that is what your used to. But it is possible and there are tons of other thing you can make! I have never felt healthier. I am definitely a more conscious eater now. Its one of the best choices I've made.

According to the American Dietetic Association, "Well-planned vegetarian diets are appropriate for individuals during all stages of the life cycle, including pregnancy, lactation, infancy, childhood, and adolescence, and for athletes. A vegetarian diet is defined as one that does not include meat (including fowl) or seafood, or products containing those foods. Furthermore, vegetarians tend to have a lower body mass index and lower overall cancer rates. Features of a vegetarian diet that may reduce risk of chronic disease include lower intakes of saturated fat and cholesterol and higher intakes of fruits, vegetables, whole grains, nuts, soy products, fiber, and phytochemicals."

What "essential proteins"? Protein from meat? It doesn't matter where you get protein from, its protein no matter how you put it. And iron in meat can hinder protein absorbtion. But, when not eating out proteins, we get iron from leafy greens and certain fruits like kiwi and butter nut squash.

Essential fatty acids? Dude... we get those from nuts and seeds.

Why do meat eaters like to eat dead carcass that has been pumped with steroids and physically abused?
I don't really understand

Maybe they just have a higher level of compassion than you.

Common sense

you could be eating ******* popsicles and nothing else and still not be malnourishing yourself. just get some vitamins or something
