Kerli diet, anyone?????!
Answers:
Never use a diet based on someone else's results. Especially when that person is rich and/or famous as anything you find out about their routine could easily be made up, and chances are they have chefs, trainers, and nutritionists working for them which is something very few people can afford. As well as that, everyone has different body shapes, types, proportions and bone structures, so no matter how much you diet or work out, you're never going to look like Kerli. You may become thin or fit but you will be a thin and fit version of yourself, so what's the point in copying what Kerli does anyway? Just find what works for you. Eat a little bit less, exercise just a few days a week, avoid junk food, and you should start to lose that "stubborn chub".
Well she probably has a private chef and personal trainer, but for those of us who can't have that, we can just try not to eat much added sugar and eat low-fat foods, and work out 1 hour 5 days a week and do strength training.
