If you eat fish, I would recommend taking a nice tuna sandwich with lettuce and tomato on it.

You can still have sandwiches at school, peanut butter is really simple, as is houmous (buy it ready made) or quorn meat slices. Breakfast can be just cereal or toast, or porridge with fruit if you want something a little more filling.
Dinner there are loads of ready made options, or you can do things like pasta with quorn or mac and cheese really easily. One of my favorite dinners that litterally only takes 5-10 minutes is cous cous chickpeas and raisins, really easy, tasty and nutritious.

Sandwiches made with nut butters (like peanut butter or almond butter) are always a super easy option for portable lunches.

It can be really overwhelming to become a vegetarian all at once because you have to change so much of what you eat. It'd be like taking the typical American and telling them that from now on they're going to be eating nothing but Chinese food (and I mean actual Chinese food, as in the typical traditional diet of a person in China). They'd have a few ideas, but they've never had to base their entire diet around something like that so they'd be overwhelmed.

People often get overwhelmed and then mistakenly assume the problem is vegetarianism, when the problem is actually that making a lot of change all at once is a huge amount of work.

A great option for you would be to check out some recipe websites (the search options usually have a checkbox you can mark to say you only want vegetarian ideas) and look for vegetarian cookbooks through your local library. That way you can find some great new foods that you can bring into your diet that you can enjoy.

In the meantime, there are some really healthy and delicious recipes out there for things like oatmeal and pancakes that can be great for breakfast (remember you can refrigerate the leftovers in a batch of pancakes and eat them for several days!).

A super easy dinner that's easy to make in larger batches is spaghetti with tomato sauce. Just skip the meat and toss in some vegetables. (Make sure you have something with a little fat in it on the side to help absorb the nutrients if you don't like adding a bit of olive oil or other kinds of fat to your pasta. Something like a piece of chocolate or a couple of cookies for dessert will do the job fine.)

mac and cheese and fruit salads! (:
Cake and cheese and PIZZA!
haha :)
Or you could go the heart healthy route and do whole grains, veggies, and boca foods if you don't want to die of a heart attack.
My best friend is a vegetarian, and she doesn't really miss out on much except bacon,
And the fake bacon is not that bad.
