Which is better for health "Fish or Meat"?!

Question: Which is better for health "Fish or Meat"?
Answers:

Meat

I consider fish a type of meat, but compared to mammalian meat and poultry, it does seem to be healthier. In fact, a pescetarian diet (one that includes fish but not other kinds of meat) seems to produce the greatest lifespans from a statistical perspective. Of course, deep fried seafood is less salubrious than a lean cut of meat that is cooked with less fat and lower heat.

Fish is meat. Fish comes from the flesh of a dead animal.

I have heard fish meats are better for you. They are very high in protein, low in fat (depending on the type of fish), and are good for omega 3 fatty acids. It does depend on how you cook whatever meat. If you fry any type of meat, they will become very fattening and unhealthy. You should bake, grill, or steam whatever you cook.

I'm a vegetarian that doesn't care, but know about this from meat eating family members.

both together, you cant be healthy on just one for the rest of your life, you need both, cuz fish has its own stuff thats good for you and meat has its own stuff thats good for you, you need both in life, but meat technically would be the winner cuz meat is really the most valued food out there and is the one everyone eat everyday but you should get some fish in once in a while, there both healthy is cooked right and served and eatin right

I have heard that one should eat fish 3 times a week. Check with your doctor.

both! fish for iron and meat for protein! :))

It really depends on how you cook it but I would say fish
