You should eat meat. Meat is very healthy as it is loaded with many nutrients that your body needs, including vitamin B12 which is not found in any plant-based foods, iron, and high-quality protein with all the essential amino acids in the ideal balance.
Read the articles that the vegetarians and vegans here don't want you to see:

If it's the animals you are concerned about, watch Meet Your Meat.
It shows you that ALL animal products have a LOT of cruelty involved, so if that is you stance, you really have to be vegan.
After all, getting milk from a cow means the cow is being artificially painfully injected with hormones to make it produce milk. Milk i s only made by cows when they have a baby, like humans. Imagine a woman being given steroids to make her lactate all the time. Would you call that healthy for the woman?
Tou should START vegetarian for a month, then every 3 weeks cut out something. Like:
-For a month, go vegetarian, make sure to eat tofu, fake meats, beans, and nuts and seed, and even some leafy greens
If you WANT to be vegan:
-then after that month, cut a milk. All dairy product, if you miss ice cream, dint threat! They have dairy free everything, pretty much. Soy ice cream and soy cheese, ect.
-then the next few weeks cut out eggs and what ever else.
Good luck! Being vegetarian would be really great, too! You don't HAVE to be vegan, but you defiantly can be. :)
Vegan
You really should talk to your parents, as they are the ones buying the groceries. They'll know what to buy to supplement proteins, vitamin B 12, etc. Because if you just go without eating meat, and don't supplement your nutrients, you are going to be hurting. Govegan.com has a lot of information. Show your parents and talk to them about this.
I went vegan right away. I will tell you that you are going to be having headaches, the runs, and feel yucky the first week while you flush out toxins. This will happen on both a healthy vegetarian diet and vegan diet. Do understand, that people don't digest dairy, so no point in eating it. No putting any candy, pop, etc in your body. Water and 100% juices are all you should be drinking.
You would do well to start learning about ingredients, know that most cheeses sold as cheese food is artificial crap, know that most additives, preservatives, etc are unhealthy, etc.
before you jump into a diet, make sure you do loooottttssss of research, nothing more dangerous than being malnourished! i do recommend going vegetarian to get a feel for leaving meat out in general, so then if that goes well after awhile you should be green for go for veganismXD
vegan
Veget. first. For maybe a year. Then slowly go vegan. I'm 11 too and my plan is too be completely vegan by 15 or 13. Whichever one is easier for me. Meat, for some reason doesn't look good anymore. If you are like me then go vegan. If you just feel bad or a little ashamed of eating animals go veget. Talk to your parents and they'll help you decide. And people that say " Wild animals eat meat and why can't we?", theres a reason behind that. Animals kill to survive we can live long nice lives by eating only plants. Our body was formed to eat plants. Maybe you could buy some chickens and have them free range and that would be considered vegan, since they arn't are in any pain. Good Luck! ;)
How you eat should be a personal choice. But if you choose to go vegan I'd start by going vegetarian first as you learn what you can and can't eat and how to get your proper amount of protein, vitamins and minerals. Then go on to being vegan.
If you really want to live a cruelty free lifestyle go Vegan. There is a lot to learn but in the end it is worthwhile. I am attaching a couple of links for you to check out what it is all about.

my friend is vegetarian... used to be vegan but it was too much for her. she's 13
It is your choice but if your really asking, i would say vegan. vegan lifestyle is about helping animals throughout your entire day, in the small choices you make. :)
I saw the show to :(. I recommend going vegetarian and if you do well you can transition into vegan.
Vegetarian first, then vegan. It's going to take a while to get used to the diet.
Going vegan helps animals more than going vegetarian.
