What kind of Vegetarian are you?!

Question: What kind of Vegetarian are you?
I know three different types of vegetarians.
A vegan. Eats no meat, egg, or any dairy products.
A lacto vegetarian. Only consumes milk.
A ovo lacto vegetarian. Allows themselves both milk and eggs.

But i want you to break in down even further. for example:
I dont drink milk or have any yoghurt. But i consume things that contain dairy. like chocolate and cereal bars and cheese pizzas.
I dont eat eggs, like omelet, fried egg, scrambled or anything like that. but i do eat things which contain them, like cakes. I only eat it, when i cant see thats theres egg in it.

it would be interesting to know.
:)

Answers:

I follow a vegan diet, avoiding all animal products, because I accept that even when I can't see an egg or a cup of milk, it's still there in that cheese pizza, chocolate bar, or cake slice, and eating those things is no different to drinking plain milk or eating fried egg when it comes to ethics. (;

**** irrelevant labels.

I'm a vegan myself, so I don't eat or buy any animal products or byproducts as long as I can feasibly avoid them. :3

There's also the pescatarian, which is a person who's only meat product is fish.
And then there's also the pollo-pescatarian which is a person who's only meat products are fish and chicken.
And then there's also the flexitarian, which is a person that is only vegetarian part-time.
And lastly there's the strict vegetarian who follows a vegan diet, but not necessarily a vegan lifestyle.

Octo-Lacto vegetarian, though I don't eat eggs that often. I eat yogurt several times a week. I don't eat chocolate because I'm trying to lose weight.
I cook almost everything that I eat. At lunch I have a salad with cheese (My school makes it). It comes with chicken but I pick it off and give it to somebody else.
I do my best to avoid pieces of lettuce on the salad that have itty bitty pieces of meat, but since I'm hungry and this is the only vegetarian option at my school, I'll eat it. I read ingredient labels to look for clues that there's meat in something, but if it's a huge word I'm not familiar with, I'll eat it anyway. I'm not super picky.

I'm a vegan. I was a lacto-ovo vegetarian for close to a year and then went vegan overnight after completing the book, "Eating Animals" by Jonathan Safran Foer. I had tried to be vegan once before when I read, "Skinny B*tch" by Rory Freedman and Kim Barnouin, but I found it hard it maintain the diet when I was in college. Now that I'm vegan I know it's not difficult at all.

Vegan

A non-vegetarian.

I have eaten a wide variety of meats in my life and still regularly do, including beef, chicken, pork, turkey, rabbit, duck, venison, alligator, fish of all types, cat, veal, lamb, and buffalo.

I'm a vegan. I don't eat yogurt. I only eat dark chocolate, which doesn't have milk in it, no cereal bars or pizza unless the cheese on it is dairy free.
I don't eat eggs either. I don't eat cake with eggs in it.

Vegan! (complete with the exclamation mark!)

I used to be a lacto-vegetarian for many years, like my mother and older brother. My brother much later started eating eggs but, like you, only when they are in cakes and suchlike.

You do consume milk if you are eating cheese, cakes with milk in them, etc. You are an ovo lacto vegetarian. You still eat eggs, even if they're mixed in something.

I'm vegan.

Man a vegetarian simply does not eat meat. Being vegetarian does not mean not to eat anything that came from an animal.
I am that sort of a vegetarian.

Vegan, because I refuse to support any industry that treats animals like property.

vegan :D

pescatarian. i eat fish only because i am forced too and already get yelled at for not eating meat.. butt i consume very little. maybe once a month when i eat with my parents. :)

Vegan for ethical and compassionate reasons for 7 months. For a couple years before that I was lacto-ovo vegetarian.

Ovo lacto vegetarian for ethical reasons.

I've been a lacto-ovo vegetarian since birth.

I'm lacto-ovo, but I don't drink plain milk because I don't like it. (I do eat cheese, ice cream...etc.)

I'm a complete low fat, low protein, and high carb raw vegan. :) (80/10/10 or 811)

I'm a raw vegan.
