Others will probably pop in with the names of some without gelatin or with vegetarian thickeners, but if you make your own yogurt you won't usually use gelatin (and it will be healthier, cheaper and more versatile).

Go with a vegan yogurt. I used to eat Wholesoy brand, but they stopped carrying it at my local grocery store, so I've been eating Silk brand. It's delicious, and not too sweet like I remember some dairy yogurts being many years ago (probably even more so now) .
Soy is an option. There are also some organic brands that don't have gelatin.
The best ones are soya yogurts
