I have a bottle of sun-dried tomato marinade and what to use it with tofu. Any ideas?!

Have a side of steamed rice, then heat it up with a little olive oil and pour it over hot tofu.
Or
Heat up a white tortilla (vegan) in the oven until it's slightly browned and crispy. Take it out and put the sun dried tomato marinade on it. Then top with tofu chunks, sprinkle with basil and have pizza. :)
If it's just tomato, maybe basil or something, then I don't think I'd like it for tofu. If it's a little spicier, or at least has some onion & garlic, or you could add more seasoning/spices/herbs if it's a bit bland, then maybe you could marinate strips of tofu in it (drain & press the tofu before cutting it up), then saute them until they're a little caramelized, and have it with some pasta mixed with broccoli, snow peas, carrots, zucchini, whatever in a garlicky sauce or pesto. Then have some roasted garlic cloves on the side or even tossed in with the pasta, and maybe a green salad. It sounds like it might be good in some kind of grain salad, as more of a dressing. If it's too thick or pungent, you could water it down a bit. Maybe cook some quinoa, or pasta (shells or spiral shapes...something to hold the marinade), cous cous, etc, toss in some fresh or partially steamed veggies, some actual sun dried tomatoes, fresh herbs, scallions, etc.
I think it'd taste wonderful if you drained & pressed the tofu, marinated it for several hours, baked or pan-fried it, and served it over pasta with a creamy, alfredo-like sauce (which can be made either vegetarian OR vegan... perhaps even mix a wee bit of the marinade into the sauce as well, particularly if it's a "chunkier" marinade).
Pair it with a nice salad and some oven-baked garlic bread. :)
