Any recipes one recommends for me?!

Question: Any recipes one recommends for me?
My doctor feels that I might have a problem with my gallbladder. So from now on until I have my ultrasound or until I go into surgery she wants me on a diet free of fats and oils. This pretty much means a vegan diet minus oils (including olive oil and corn oil) and nuts. I'm usually eat as many vegetables as I can but I do add some meat into my diet. I just looked at my usual diet, and although it's healthy, it's difficult to find anything I eat that doesn't have oil in it.
Anyone know a website where I can find recipes that fit into my restrictive diet or have any recipe ideas?

Eat only natural foods and no fat.

Sure. www.fatfree.com has a lot of fat-free, vegetarian recipes (many of which are vegan). I don't recommend them for anyone who isn't on a restricted diet, however, so I'd hurry up and have the ultrasound if I were you! And be careful, because a lot of the recipes contain no _added_ fat, but may contain ingredients that have fat in them (e.g. peanuts, oatmeal).

I don't know why you couldn't continue to eat very lean meats (e.g. chicken breast without skin) or fat-free dairy if you wanted. Almost no food is completely fat-free.

One usual recipe of steamed items is that you cut small pieces of potatoes & carrot and add green peas into that as well. Add small quantity of salt & half tsp of lemon juice & put for some time inside a pressure cooker. Voila.... A Tasty dish is ready minus any Oil, Fat or Seasoning
