Question: Is Tony Horton a vegan?

I am sooo confused. Is Tony Horton a vegan or a vegetarian. I've seen some videos thats saying that he's a vegan, but then I read this blog by him that being vegan is bad for you.

hes not even a vegetarian. he's MOSTLY vegetarian. hes a big fan of a well balanced diet and lost of post workout protein e.g. meat/whey.

I took his classes in his l.a. studio.
