It's a really easy thing to make from scratch.
Boil your pasta. While it's boiling, put about 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a sautee pan and drop in a few cloves of garlic (if you were making the meat-ified version, this is when you'd add in the cubed pancetta; yours is vegetarian so you'll just skip this ingredient). In a small bowl to the side, crack an egg and shave in some parmesean cheese, some salt and pepper, and some parsley flakes. Whisk them together. Drain the pasta, take the garlic oil off the heat, combine all the ingredients, stirring them all together.
There you go - classic, authentic, tasty, and delicious carbonara.
Note that vegan carbonara is not possible since its essential ingredients are egg and cheese. But you said vegetarian, so egg and cheese are presumably permitted.
Honestly, you don't need to buy ready made sauce as it is so quick and easy to make yourself!
recipes below look really yummy!

Not possible since the bacon is an essential ingredient. You could make your own without the meat ingredients and call it Vegbonara sauce but then you would have to exclude the egg to meet the strictest definition.
