Did I eat too much today?!


Question: Did I eat too much today?
Breakfast- 2 cups of peanut butter puffins natural cereal with 1 cup of soymilk
Lunch- 1 pita with about half a cup of hummus, and some tomato, and cucumber, 1 cup of mexican rice, and about 1/4 a cup of black beans, and about a cup and a half of orange juice.

Is this too much food???

Not enough meat or dairy products in your diet. 3 servings of dairy are recommended.



You need some snacks and dinner. When you eat small amounts of food like that, it actually decreases your metabolism. Add a healthy dinner with some snacks in between. You can include more fruits, peanuts, peanut butter, almonds, and sunflower seeds.



It's only too much if you have an eating disorder. You missed some snack opportunities in there and your dinner is highly lacking. Add a couple cups of steamed veggies. Drink plenty of water and try to eat more fruit and nuts.



You're at a fine standing if you're not done eating for the day. It sounds quite healthy for your first two meals. Eat a snack and a healthy dinner, and you'll be golden.
