How to use silken tofu?!

Question: How to use silken tofu?
i accidently bought sliken tofu instead of firm. i really wanted to use tofu in stir frys etc. but i read that silken tofu was more for sauces and dessert based items...
and i know that i really wont use it for those kind of things..but i dont want it to go to waste..
is there anyway to still use silken tofu in a stir fry?
or maybe any good main dish sauces using the tofu to pour over noodles or chicken...
i havnt worked with tofu before..how do i go about cooking it as well?

My favorite use for silken tofu is vegan chocolate mousse--a very quick, simple recipe. From Rip Esselstyn's "Engine 2 Diet"

Ingredients
1 package Lite Silken Tofu [Doesn't have to be lite and can be firm or extra firm]
2 tbsp Special Dark Chocolate Cocoa Powder
1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
1/3 cup Agave Nectar or Maple Syrup

Blend ingredients in a food processor, put in separate container, and chill in the refrigerator.

Silken tofu probably won't hold up well in a stir-fry because it is so delicate. But you can chop it up and serve it in miso soup. You can blend it and use it as a base for high protein salad dressings, dips, or sauces. You can use it as the base for smoothies! You can use it as the base for a vegan cheesecake.

Mori-nu used to have a website with their recipes on it. I have a few recipe booklets that they used to give away at the health food stores. But now we have google, and there are some wonderful recipes for ways to use silken tofu. A great veg forum with recipes is VegWeg: http://vegweb.com/. Search for "mori-nu" and you'll find many great things to try. (You'll probably end up buying more "accidentally on purpose"!)
