Would you consider me healthy?!

Question: Would you consider me healthy?
I do 4 hours of gymnastics a week and play wii fit quite frequently! :D at 7:00 I have either have a poptart (ok ok ok I know this is very unhealthy but it is my only splurge), or a bagel with cream cheese. And around lunch time I have a serving of fruit, water, and an organic granola bar. I take a multi vitamin. And around 5pm I have a leafy green salad with a glass a soy milk and maybe a piece of bread with peanut butter(I love love love pb!) I have been a vegetarian for 4 years and I am a 15 year old girl and 5'3-5'3.5 and 97 pounds.

You're not exactly healthy, nor are you consuming vegetarian products. Pop tarts with frosting aren't only bad for you, but the frosting contains gelatin. Gelatin is made from boiled animal bones. For breakfast, if you aren't complete vegan, then consume something like scrambled egg whites with spinach on whole wheat toast.

Bagels and cream cheese are a big no no. One bagel alone is 200 some calories plus the cream cheese.

Eat more fruits and vegetables throughout the day, along with more proteins. The peanut butter isn't bad, but it's better to spread it on apple pieces and celery.

I don't think so. My 11 year old daughter is 5'4 weighs 105 (last time I asked) is much more active than you. She also not only eats a lot more than that, she has more variety in her meals.

I suspect you are not telling us the truth.

You sound anorexic.

No!

You can eat better than that.
