Help me eat normallyy? :(?!

Question: Help me eat normallyy? :(?
I went on a diet 2 years ago that spiraled out of control. At the moment I am 5'6 and weigh about 109 lbs. I look normal though- not skinny at all. I eat about 600-700 calories a day and exercise 4 days a week. I want to be able to eat normally again but if I do I gain a ton of weight cause I crashed my metabolism by eating too little I think. How can I get up to 1000 calories and speed up my metabolism again without gaining ANY weight? Thanks a lot!

What do you mean you gain "a ton" of weight when you eat normally? At 109 pounds you're about 9 pounds (at least) underweight for 5'6", so your body is probably just trying to "normalize."

See a doctor, eat at least 1600 calories a day, and don't worry about gaining weight until you've hit 125 lbs. If you don't like the way you look, you're not getting the proper exercise. Try dancing.

by eating a little more your metabolism will speed up. Make sure the food you eat is fresh, and not high fructose corn syrup and crap like that.
If you eat peanut butter and wholewheat pitas- stuff like that, all wholegrains and wholefoods, your metabolism is going to suck it up and know exactly what to do with the exttra reserves and it will make your whole body feel fitter, cleaner and faster. You will have more immediate smooth energy, not jumpy or figity.

Eating just one wholewheat burrito with natural peanut butter and a sliced banana will up your calories and will really make your metabolism faster. It's pure, vitamin packed food. You do need to eat more calories. Once you start the cycle of more energy in- your body will in turn rev itself up.

No, your body needs 1,500-2,000 calories a day. You should eat about 3 small meals a day, with a snack in between. That way, this keeps your metabolism rate level and pretty fast.

Exercise harder.
