eat breakfast. have your meals , but keep them small. don't' snack in between or eat just before bed.

it doesn't sound good at all. you're trying to lose weight and you are eating grilled cheese sandwiches for snack? try incorporating salads in to your lunches or dinners and try an apple and a handful of nuts for snack. you should have had the kashi for breakfast and a well balanced meal for dinner. you def needs more veggies and fruit. leafy greens are the best.

Not at all. Don't skip breakfast though. Everyone thinks it will help them lose weight to skip breakfast but breakfast is necessary in EVERY diet. It gives your metabolism a "kickstart" at the beginning of the day.

My expansive knowledge

not nearly enough fruits and vegetables.

u should prolly eat more fruits and vegetables

It doesn't sound good at all. Are you vegetarian, vegan, or a meat eater trying to consume less animal products?

None of what you are listing sounds that healthy. Try a healthy breakfast that contains things like scrambled egg whites with spinach, a piece of whole-wheat toast, some fruit, and water or skim milk. You should never skip breakfast. This will slow your metabolism down and make it hard for you to lose weight.

Then, try a bigger lunch. The Pad Thai doesn't sound to bad, especially if it has vegetables with tofu in them. I'd rather recommend a bowl of vegetarian chili with whole-wheat crackers.

For dinner, go with a smaller meal. Try brown rice, vegetables (mainly leafy greens), and maybe some type of potato. Sweet potatoes are great, because you don't need to load up butter, oils, and sour cream to make it taste good. A sprinkle of cinnamon on the potato.

Eat some between meal snacks, like celery with peanut butter, almonds, peanuts, walnuts, and other fruits.

Never try and eat little. This will slow your metabolism, so eat when you're hungry.
