Vegitarian diet which could increase strength n power?!
i am 20 year old guy, i recently i am 5'11 and 88 kg. I wana lose my weight. I am doing high intensity training. But i don't know what should i eat, bcoz i am a pure veg guy. Can any one please tell me diet which could increase my strenght bcoz i fell lyk vertigo while workout. Thank u

hmm....if your motivation to work out is just to lose weight, actually you can lose a lot of weight by going vegan (skip dairy). And you don't really need to work out that hard, it will only make you want to eat more and you will feel fatigued. I hardly work out but I am pretty stable at 135lb (at 5' 8.5") just purely from vegan diet. So skip the dairy and eat lots of fruits and drink fruit smoothies all day, you will reach peak health and weight. Good luck!
