Question: How to cook gluten-free vegan roti canai?
Roti canai is a popular Malaysian breakfast food. It is primarily sold in Mamak (Tamil Muslim) stalls. It contains flat bread.

Most roti canai contains egg, but my fiancée has made some egg-free ones for me, so it's definitely possible. I haven't heard of gluten-free, but I guess it would have to be made with buckwheat or quinoa flour or something similar.



Cook it without dairy ingredients.
