For Vegans Only: What did you eat for dinner tonight?!

I had a vegan burger on a toasted whole grain vegan bun w/ veganaise, ketchup, brown mustard, tomato, red onion & avocado inside. my lettuce froze in my fridge for some reason or i would have put lettuce in it also. oh and i also put daiya cheddar cheese on it. yum! i ate w/ my 2 vegan daughters! they had the same thing i had. im considering having some vegan ice cream later made from almond milk...or possibly a vegan chocolate chip walnut cookie for dessert.
It's not quite dinner time yet, but I'll be having leftovers - sela basmati rice (it's like a brown basmati, with a lower GI than white basmati), potato & spinach curry (nice, even if I say so myself) and dhal (based around toor dhal, with tomato, potato, onion, drumsticks - no, the moringa fruit 'drumsticks', not the chicken-leg 'drumsticks' you were thinking of - I'm a vegan after all). All home-cooked. Alone, though I did have an old friend for dinner last night (but no chianti or fava beans LOL). I'll probably have a glass of sloe vodka with that, or maybe an extra-dry beer.

I only ate 2 meals today, brunch and dinner, so I had more than usual. I had half a cantaloupe, 2 pounds of green grapes, 1 pound of black sphinx dates, and a jumbo salad composed of iceberg lettuce, celery, cherry tomatoes, and red bell pepper. The first half was spent at the kitchen table playing Rummikube with three members of my family, and the second half was spent watching a movie with a fourth.
Well, last night, since it's 4:30am now. :) I had leftovers, at home, before going out with friends.
It was shaved brussells sprouts (tweaked recipe from Appetite For Reduction), brown rice cooked in veg. broth with dried herbs/spices added, and "bbq" tofu (just triangles of tofu marinated & sauteed in homemade bbq sauce until a little caramelized). I also had a store brand sports drink and made myself a bloody mary before I left. Then I was drinking vodka shots & vodka tonics most of the night, munched on some raw carrots, bell peppers, & crackers, and had a leftover potato pancake when I got home a bit ago.

For dinner I had homemade vegan pizza at home on my bed while my laptop was in front of me so I could eat and surf the web at the same time. My bed is my picnic. I never eat at the dinner table unless I have to.
To drink I had a caffeinated green tea, a tall glass of soy milk (unflavored) and a glass of water.

the other night i went to outback and had eggless pasta w/ olive oil, and tossed in seasonal veggies:p
I had an Amy's all-American veggie burger on toasted Ezekiel bread with roasted garlic hummus, some organic carrots, and some almonds. It was quite delicious.
Some Boca chicken nuggets with ketchup, mini salad, an orange, and some almond milk.
Pretty simple. I didn't feel like making anything special. :)
We had something very simple tonight. :) We had whole wheat pasta with a raw tomato sauce with a side of homemade warm lemon aid since my children have a cold :(.

I made spaghetti sauce from scratch! Yummy, home cooked, a meal with my family, just the way I like it.
