Can you use soya or rice milk?

In most recipes, you should be able to use soy milk, rice milk, nut milk, or any other plant milk in place of cows' milk. For soy milk you replace it to a 1:1 ratio. For rice milk and almond milk, you'd use a splash less.

Yes. I very often do. Tony Stopani said, many years ago on a TV cooking programme, you don't need milk for it.
