Do Asians eat Dairy Products?!

Question: Do Asians eat Dairy Products?
How do they get their calcium in Asia?
Is lack of calcium why they are so short and tiny?
I heard that the only calcium foods they eat are yogurt and greens? Is this true?
but do they have/consume dairy-free milk products that are soy-based in Asia?
If they dont have enough calcium, does this effect their health negatively?

Yes. We do consume dairy product such s milk, chesse, etc
The reason that we are short and tiny is not because of lack of calcium
It is because of genetics. :)

Im pretty sure Asians do get calcium and i do not beleive this the reason why we are so short. Though they do lack on milk and such. Ill give you an example. My mom was born in China and ate grown farm food. She was the tallest of her age (5'5). She came to Canada and I was born. Im 5'4 I was introduced to more varieties than my mom but I am 5'4. Its based on your genetics, but I think its also based on the atmosphere or jobs that occur at the location.

For example, if you lift a lot of weights when you're young than you turn out shorter than if you dont. I was also told then if you stretch if can make you 1 inch taller.

Dont slouch, walk straight, etc.

Calcium is important for strengthening bones, and its especially important for girls since when you give birth you need A LOT or use up A LOT of calcium.

A very high percent of Asians are lactose intolerant, more than likely due to the lack of lactose in their diet. There are other ways that they get calcium in their diet but studies have shown that there is a deficiency in their calcium intake. This is one reason why even though Asians have long shiny hair from all the fish they eat they tend to have thin hair. But it is a totally unrelated to how tall Asians are.
Hope I helped!

Height has to do with genetics. Most Asian people who actually live in Asia are lactose intolerant, because Asian countries only recently started consuming dairy. Actually, before Japan started using dairy, there was no osteoporosis. Now Asian countries are experiencing the consequences of dairy.

It's interesting, I am kinda curious too. I have never seen yogurt or cheese or other dairy products in any chinese, thai or vietanmese restuarant. I wonder if they use dairy products in their meal. They eat a lot of meat though.

Most don't globally because they are lactose-intolerant. Dairy is not meant for human consumption.
