Peel a few bananas and keep them in a sealed bag in the freezer. Use one frozen banana per person and add any fresh fruit you have. Make sure to add something a bit zingy like lemon or lime juice, to lift it. Ginger is also a good additive. Alternatively, how about a banana, soy milk and chocolate flavouring?



A berry smoothie of course! I love a lemon in my berry smoothies.
blueberries, blackberries, apple juice, lemon (optional), strawberries (optional)



Hmm. Well I like to make fruit protein smoothies with orange juice (preferably calcium-fortified), protein powder, and frozen mixed fruit.



Almond milk, banana, dash of coconut milk. Protien, essential fatty acids, potassium and taste.
