Peel a few bananas and keep them in a sealed bag in the freezer. Use one frozen banana per person and add any fresh fruit you have. Make sure to add something a bit zingy like lemon or lime juice, to lift it. Ginger is also a good additive. Alternatively, how about a banana, soy milk and chocolate flavouring?
