how much should i eat per day?!


Question: How much should i eat per day?
I know I should eat 5 times a day.Tell me if I'm wrong but I eat every 3 hours. I start at 7am.
My question is how much every meal?

I'm trying to lose 35Lb. I weight 153.
And I try to exercise at lees 5 days a week.
I'm going to start going out to run every morning for like 30 to 45 min.
but that's a month from now.

Cut off both of your legs, and your forearm, and you should be down about 35 lb.

make sure you have something from each catagory of healthy food chart
you want to lose the weight in a healthy way, the right way, making sure you have all the nutrients your body needs* By eating every 2-3 hrs it helps kick the metabolism into gear,
any kind of exercise is good* even dancing in your room, moving arms , legs, getting the cardio up is good* , swimming is excellent too as you dont feel it as much , moving in water* it works alot of muscles*
Make sure you're drinking water, eating veggies, fruits, dairy products, grains, lean meats,., fish, poultry*.....and exercise* You can do this and do this the right way - Healthy way, where the weight will stay off* :) g'luck*



I really don't like the idea of eating five meals a day. Not only because is it a hella lot of planning, but your body needs a bit of time to digest the food it's already got. But if it's what works for you, then I encourage you to go for it. Just keep your two smaller meals about the size of your fist. Also keep the ratio of 1/4 of the plate carb/pasta/grain, 1/4 protein, and 1/2 of the plate veggies. I would stick to grains mostly, as they are naturally full of lovely B vitamins. I'm think along the lines of quinoa, millet, and brown rice. These grains are also high in protien. If you care about that. :)



the average persons diet is 2000 calories a day. Unless your doctor has instructed you otherwise, or you are trying to gain or lose weight, this is pretty accurate. in 5 meals that would allot you 400 calories a day. For most vegetarians this is WAY more than enough. Just make sure you get enough protein from eggs, nuts, beans, or dark leafy veggies like spinach and avoid cooking them for a long time because it cooks out the nutrients.



You should eat healthy and not try to rush it. Don't consume too many calories, but consume enough to be healthy. You should give yourself about four months to reach that goal. Don't try to do anything unhealthy.



Depending on how active you are, sex, and age:
you should get enough calories (about 2000 maybe?) and exercise is important!



Eat 3 Big Macs and 2 Woppers for your meals and you should be down ATLEAST 50 lbs in 2 weeks...oh and make sure you biggie size it :)
