I know there are some because I've bought them before, but I can't think of what brands offhand. It's super easy to make your own though. I've been making spelt ones myself for a while. All you have to do is mix up some dough, roll it out to whatever shape and size you like, then fry them in a dry cast iron skillet or on a griddle for a couple minutes. I usually make a lot at a time on a day off or something, then freeze them so I can take them out as needed and not wind up wasting a lot.

I would consider making your own. Yes it is a lot more work, but you should also consider writing a company that makes tortillas and suggesting a vegan friendly torilla. They WILL reply to your e-mail/phone call and you may be surprised at their answer. :) Good luck!

You might want to try getting a tortilla press and making your own tortillas. It's really easy--mix up the dough, press it (between two pieces of plastic so it doesn't stick), then cook in a dry skillet.
