Which multivitamin should I take?!

I think the best thing would be to ask your doctor if he recommends any type of multivitamin. Especially since you have to take so much vitamin D.
I haven't heard anything about not being allowed to take a women's multivitamin at a certain point... I mean, you're a mature woman, so I don't see why not. But, like I said, you should probably just ask your doctor.
It's pretty much a good idea for most people to take a multivitamin, just because it's a good way to ensure that you get enough vitamins in one day. We can't be perfect eaters all of the time.
I know KIRKLAND has the lowest priced multi-vitamins in capsules---Take at least once preferably AFTER breakfast-but i would suggest you visit 'musclefitness magazine's HERS website ( I wish I could recall) for MORE elaborate vitamin-mineral supplements for your age------
