Please, do not eat at Burger King or Mcdonalds, or Pizza Hut. Any of these places. Vegetarians/Vegans do not give money to these cruel inhumane places. I won't go into details but, go to a local cafe, and ask if they have Vegan meals. That's what I do!
Besides, the fries and onion rings at burger king are made of plastic, why would anyone wan't to eat that. Plus they are made with animal fats/fish oils and more repulsive things.
Vegatarian all my life, Vegan for a year.
if you are vegan because of animal welfare reasons, it'd be hypocritical to go to restaurants that serve meat (especially fast food restaurants) because you are supporting the meat industry. there are many vegan/vegetarian restaurants out there, you just have to do some research to find those in your area. :)
I suggest checking out http://www.veganeatingout.com <--- it's a great resource to see what vegan food is at many mainstream restaurants. And don't forget, if there's not one on there, you can always find a menu on the restaurant's website, find a meal that looks good, call and double check ingredients. If you plan ahead, you can pretty much eat vegan anywhere. Good luck!
Besides a salad, no, you couldn't eat at pizza hut or burger king.
The restaurants I go to more often tend to be Middle eastern, like lebanese, or greek. They serve a lot of vegan! Plus, the food is just so different from what you're used to day-to-day, it's exciting!
there are links on my website that can help you out with this :-)
