What to eat on a diet?!


Question: What to eat on a diet?
Well i want to go on a diet... Okay im not fat but i got a little tummy -____- Im going to stay away from anything with a raper.... lol :) but heres the thing im vegetarian.
NO MEAT OR EGGS! What do i eat. Fruit and veggies? what are your favorite health foods? and what keeps you full?? HELP! ALSO if there are any healty bars (like gronola) little or no sugar bars

If you have a tummy issue. I suggest you do some yoga to relax yourself and stomach exercises. I tried loosing weight, succeeded, lost my curves, lost my health, lost weight, lost beauty.

Just exercise and if you are a vegan, nothing could be better. Eat citrus fruits. Eat papaya.



Fruit, veggies, whole grain, tofu, nuts just a few examples.



I recommend adding herbs to your diet. There is one formula that will greatly help you as a vegetarian - "Green Energy" @ http://www.mixherbs.com



None of those cereal bars are healthy. Look at govegan.com, but your problem probably has more to do with not getting enough exercise and building up strength. Start working out and lifting weights.
