Am I turning into a vegetarian?!

Question: Am I turning into a vegetarian?
Well, these past weeks I have really hated meat and it grosses me out. Any meat I eat or look at, makes me queasy! I love some meat like; pepperoni, hot dogs, and some burger patties, and i have not yet find it disgusting. Im worried that im going to turn into a Vegge (not that there is anything wrong with them at all! ). I'm Mexican and we are all about meat!
-Can you please Help me!!
Am I turning Vegge!???

If you are a vegetarian, you will know it. It's a decision, not a disease. If you can list the meat that you eat, you're not a vegetarian. I don't understand the point of this question.

It shouldn't really matter. Eating less meat is much better for the environment! Even if you're not 100% vegetarian, cutting meat out of your diet just a few days a week really makes a difference for the Earth!

It's also of course better for the animals who don't have to be killed to feed you :) There are thousands and thousands of amazing vegetarian recipes -- which you can find simply googling it. All nationalities, including Mexican, have a variety of mexican dishes. You can also buy "fake meat"/soy meat products at most grocery stores and put that in your meals as a substitute.

People don't just turn vegetarian. It is as many others have said a lifestyle choice. But if you find yourself not liking meat, then maybe it is a good lifestyle choice for you, your health and of course, the health of all the animals you will be saving. I have a friend who experiences the same thing you are describing from time to time. She doesn't eat meat all the time, but from time to time she can't even stand to be around it.

As for me, I am vegetarian and I love Mexican food. I find a lot of times I just replace the meat with beans and I am all set. Best of luck to you in whatever you choose!

There are heaps of vegetarian mexican foods, you can have fajitas/tacos/burritos/quesadillas etc with different fillings so go for bean fillings. If you want to get creative you can use a product called TVP (stands for textured vegetable protein) to make a mince style dish which is great in tacos and burritos (i wouldn't fry it like a fajita though). I live in Australia and in my town there is a Mexican restaurant which is strictly vegetarian. I took my housemate, a meat eater from Mexico City; and she loved it.

No, but you will be unhealthy eating that disgusting crap that you like. Burgers, hot dogs, pepperoni, etc are very unhealthy. You really should worry about your health. People who eat such crap don't live to ripe old ages.

You choose to be vegetarian or vegan. One doesn't turn vegetarian or vegan.

You are, however, setting yourself up for obesity, diabetes, high blood pressure, etc. Please do yourself a favor and eat a healthy diet.

Really? You can't turn into a vegetarian; it's a choice and a lifestyle. You could just be going through a phase and it will pass. I know what you mean about the Mexican thing though. I told my Italian grandmother I was now a vegetarian and I thought she was going to faint! It wouldn't be a bad thing if you chose to be a vegetarian so don't worry.

Yes, your body wants you to become vegetarian. Better listen to your body and do what it wants. That is how I turned vegan. My body would get sick if I drank milk or milk products (at the same time I didn't like how they were treating the cows), so I became vegan.

Or continue to eat meat, and ignore the body signs, if they come back, you will know what to do. Good luck!

Well being vegetarian is more of a choice. Not because the person can't eat meat but they just don't want to. You just don't like meat tell your parents to stop making food with meat. And who knows maybe you can find some kind of meat you like. Like ham.

Yeah, you don't really turn vegetarian, you choose to be vegetarian. It's not that weird to just not like some foods for awhile, so don't worry about it.

ITS AMAZING Good luck! http://u96.info/burger-patty

lol...you're silly. people don't just "turn" vegetarian. vegetarianism is a choice. your taste buds are probably changing. mine do all they time. don't worry about it.

no, just because you don't like some meat doesn't mean your turning into a veggie. dint worry you are just like everyone else, you don't like some curtainn foods.

I think you watch too many Rob Snyder movies.
